A major car accident sent/caused chaos at the highway this afternoon. A detached auto cruising northbound/southbound town/city when it suddenly spun out. The car immediately/soon barreled into the guardrail/median barrier, launching debris in all directions. Emergency teams arrived immediately on the area to treat the driver/occupant. The extent of
